Debrief: Please help me welcome ‘Redtail’ to IQT. Last night we finished up the objectives for IQT-1 with our second flight which gave Redtail more experience at the level of BMS we fly. So as he was learning to keep up with our SOP comms and flight flow, he was doing good moving within formations, holding close formation, keeping with the flight lead, and minimal time connecting for air refuel (including a connection in the turn). Looking forward to watching continued improvements as he transitions into an experienced Wing pilot.

Nice work Redtail! Look forward to our next IQT.
