222 Hour Congrats - Schnidrman

A few nights ago after a flight I noticed Schnidrman popped over the 222 Flight Hour mark and I gave him a personal congrats in TeamSpeak and awarded the patch. Just making it official now with the post. Thanks S-man for your continued efforts working around real life commitments (and tornado's) to support of the Wing missions.

Congrats Schnidrman! Seems like only yesterday I heard those most famous words in IQT..."Hey, I need to back out, there's a tornado coming". :)

Thanks for the congrats guys. Definitely not the new guy anymore but I'll always have the distinction as the 440th vFW's first IQT graduate. :D
