Who is flying with random failures on?

I forgot about this setting until I saw it when starting to setup the new version. Can’t remember if I’ve had it ticked on or off in 4.34 but I’m out of town so unable to check.

I remember reading a dev post saying that setting is good for testing, but discouraged it for normal flying. It doesn't trigger failures in a logical order so it doesn't replicate what'd happen in the RL jet.

Makes sense. I’ll leave it off - simulating an impeccable crew of mechanics and maintainers.
