Safety Briefing

Post by MailMan » Mon Feb 21, 2022 11:23 am

Derk instructed me that I had to comply with a safety briefing due to cancelling a flight with him. With age, I have become such a klutz. The other day I walked into our sliding glass doors with a full plate of food and glass of milk. Luckily there was only a little milk spilled and the food was saved, with no injury. Yesterday while golfing I stepped into one of those big sprinkler head holes, fell down a small hill and sprained my ankle. So, I guess my briefing would be this, "Don't let your wife do such a good job cleaning the sliders. Keep your eyes forward and stop watching hot snack cart girls on the golf course".

LOL. That's a 'call-back' from our AF days where if you injure yourself, it's a sure bet you'll lead the next weeks Safety Briefing. Good thing we don't need ankles much for our sim!
