NEW F4DXWrapper for dedicated servers

Very interesting post on BMS forums today by BibleClinger. He's written a DXwrapper tool to ease the load on a BMS client that is acting as a server, since there isn't a dedicated server yet for BMS. I feel one coming though in 3-4 weeks
