Warthog Throttle Detent Mod

Post by viperhawk » Fri Apr 01, 2022 11:26 am

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have a 3D printer that they've printed the mod on for the Throttle Detent so you don't have to lift the throttle to go into AB?

Cheers,

I have that mod, bought it off of thing-a-verse as I don't own a 3d printer.

Thanks Wheelchock, I found it from a 3D printing group (Shapeways.com). Price was reasonable. It won't ship till the 6th and then waiting on it to get here and takes about 5 minutes to install. The slew mod is ordered but looking at 30 plus days for it. Slew as it comes out of the box is touchy to say the least. Working on getting u se to it for IQT5.

Cheers,

Touchy cursor on the Warthog can be toned down a bit with this setting in the 'falcon bms.cfg' file.

set g_fCursorSpeed 1.0

Try a lover value like:
set g_fCursorSpeed 0.6

Thanks Derk, have it set right now to 0.4. Slew mod will hopefully help as well but that is a month away.
