Re: F4 to Serial

@Tech AIC is/was a wonderful product. Easy to setup and use. Unfortunately, the developer/producer passed away a few years ago and despite several attempts, the family would not release any of the IP info so the product could continue.

Re: Battery switch

Fully agree with Zeus. Building even a limited pit is not that difficult, nowadays it's much easier than when I did it. As an alternative to the Leo Bodnar board is the PoKey 57U. Does everything the Bodnar board does and more. I think it's even a few dollars less. A bit more on the set up side but,...

Re: 4.36 Trailer

As with past "new" versions, it will be a stand alone install, so having 4.35 & 4.36 installs will not be an issue. Also, remember to set it up properly and carefully. Don't just copy your 4.35 config files into 4.36. There will be a new Falcon BMS User.cfg file that will come in handy for future up...

Re: RTT Cockpit Display Extractions

@Derk I asked the devs about your experience with RTT client. He didn't really have a solution but asked: However, after alt-tabbing and the MFDs becoming "jerky", does that change if you restart RTTClient (i.e. will it be "smooth" again?). Just trying to get a feeling for whether this is related to...

Re: RTT Cockpit Display Extractions

Transitioning now is a good choice as (rumor has it) future versions will no longer have native BMS extraction as we know it now. Only RTT will come with BMS. Of course 3rd party tools such as MFDE, etc will still work. I haven't been able to get MFDE to work for since several BMS updates ago!!! Th...
